Every year, we look forward to EVU Day, an annual company training conference in partnership with Edgewood Management. This year, our operations leadership teams came together to learn the value of putting your best self forward when representing Vantage Management.

Highlights included a session on Updater, a program we are adopting to make move-ins smoother, and a presentation on the importance of communication by Jason Salamon, our head of HR.

We also want to extend several congratulations to our team for winning awards for their dedication to our core values and a huge congratulations to Mario Pareia-Lecaros. Mario was the first to win the first annual Unsung Hero award for going above and beyond!
