Please join us in welcoming Choni Wilcox as the newest Executive Vice President of Operations. Choni comes to us with over 30 years of real estate management experience. She will be responsible for both conventional and affordable properties with Edgewood and Vantage Management. Choni spent the last 14 years working for Bozzuto Management Company where she most recently served as Senior Vice President. Choni was born and raised in New York City and also spent 14 years in Boston, MA where she attended Boston University and started her real estate career. She has a 16 year old daughter, Kyra, who is a rising junior in high school. Choni loves to travel, shop and is a HUGE New York Giants fan.
