We require stringent Fair Housing training and testing for all management associates.

At the sites, OneSite automates the entire process of leasing and renting apartments, as well as managing residents and facilities.

OneSite's capabilities include: marketing, lead tracking, prospect management, screening applicants, managing residents, maintenance requests, renewing leases, and processing move-outs.

LeaseStar® – OneSite's LeaseStar services provide sophisticated search engine optimized websites designed to attract the nearly 70 percent of prospects who are searching for a residence online.
